Fulfillment Details
We are so excited you are joining us for Little Pirate Twirlers this year! You will fill in your child's details on the checkout screen. Clinic Dates-Sept. 29 & 30, 3:30-5:00, at Pizitz. Drop off and pick up on the sidewalk at the main entrance. Please make sure your Little Pirate Twirler has changed into practice clothes (if needed) and had a snack before she comes. She will need to bring a water bottle with her and a baton if she has one. If not, she can borrow one from the majorettes. Performance-Oct. 2, 5:00. At Pizitz at Pizitz-Finley Stadium. Your daughter will receive a free pass for the game and a t-shirt to wear. You will need to bring her into the stadium and to where the majorettes are sitting in the stands. A parent/guardian MUST attend the game and stay the entire time! Send any questions to parkera@vhcs.us.

- Fee includes 2 clinic days, 1 t-shirt & 1 football ticket.

- At practice, the girls will learn baton basics and a routine to perform.
- They will perform at the 7th grade home football game HALFTIME SHOW on Thursday, Oct. 2 at 5:00pm​ at the Pizitz-Finley Stadium.
- A parent/guardian MUST be present during the game.
- The girls will sit with the Majorettes and warm up on the track during the 1st half, but they will be allowed to check out after half time.
- YOU MUST SIGN YOUR DAUGHTER OUT BEFORE LEAVING.
- The performance is NOT required. Your daughter may attend the clinic days only.
- BY PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT PARENTAL AGREEMENT. The undersigned being a parent or legal guardian of the young person requesting camp admittance does hereby affirm that the applicant is in good health and suffers from no illness/disability/condition that requires the taking of medication on a regular basis unless that condition is disclosed and approved. Furthermore the undersigned has no knowledge of any reason the applicant cannot participate in vigorous activity. I understand that has a condition of admittance as a camper the undersigned as a parent and guardian on behalf of the applicant hereby releases the staff of the camp from any and all liability from injury or illness/mental or physical/suffered by the camper during or related to camp unless caused by willful act or gross negligence by the person or entity against whom the claim is made. We accept full responsibility for expenses accrued in diagnosis or treatment for any accident or illness. I hereby authorize the staff of Vestavia Hills City Schools or Athletics to act according to their best judgment in any emergency medical situation. I also consent for my child's photo to appear on any official Vestavia Hills City Schools/Athletics social media sites with no identifying information associated with his/her photo.
